Enduro USA - Acknowledgment References to “you/your” are to Global Enduro Ltd and to the “organisers” areto you and/or the persons you engage or work with in organising the Enduro rally. This document has contractual effect.

1)    In order for me to take part I will hold a validdriving licence with full motorcycle entitlement and will provide proof of thisto the organisers. A provisional motorcycle licence is not sufficient for entryto this event. The licence is mine and all documents, including the drivinglicence, are valid and have not been tampered with in any way. If any documentsprove to be false, I accept that liability is mine and not that of you or theorganisers. I will carry the original of this document with me at all timesduring the rally.

2)    By the start of the rally I will have travelinsurance which does not exclude me from riding a motorcycle whilst on therally and I have checked its terms and conditions. The organisers stronglyrecommendthat suitable travel insurance is obtained by the participant as soonas possible after signing up for the event as this should provide cover againstcancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of the trip, medical expensesarising overseas, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims. I understand that whilst the organisers will require proof ofvalid travel insurance, it is my responsibility to ensure I have suitablecover. I will carry the original of this insurance document with me at alltimes during the rally.

3)    By the start of the rally I will be 18 or olderand have a current passport, valid for at least six months after the end of therally. I will provide proof of this to the organisers.

4)    I understand that UK citizens are part of theVisa Waiver program but need to complete an online application ahead of the trip.The USA has changed its entry procedures for travel to the USA under the VisaWaiver Program and has introduced ESTA. With effect from January 20th 2010online completion of ESTA, plus its approval, is mandatory for all Visa WaiverProgram travellers ahead of travel. Visa Waiver Program travellers arriving inthe USA without such approval risk immediate deportation. For more up to dateinformation and an ESTA application form please visit www.visitusa.org.uk. NonUK travellers should check with their relevant US Embassy / High Commission forcurrent visa requirement details.

5)    By the start of the rally I will hold a validInternational Driving Permit (IDP) and will provide proof of this to theorganisers. This, when accompanied by a valid UK driving licence, allows me todrive a private motor vehicle overseas. IDP’s are valid for 12 months from thedate of issue. I will carry the original of this document with me at all timesduring the rally.

6)    I understand that you will provide third partymotorcycle insurance for the duration of my participation in the rally coveringme in respect of any third party motorcycle accident. I understand that anycosts associated with the repair of my motorcycle due to rider error orcareless riding will be my responsibility.

7)    I will ride responsibly at all times and acceptthat I am responsible for my own safety. I am aware that riding a motorcycle aseither rider or pillion involves risk of personal injury or death. I acceptthese risks arising from this activity and my participation in this tour/event.I agree to hold armless Global Enduro Ltd, its owners, employees and agentsfrom any and all claims including death, injury, illness, lost luggage or lossor damage to any personal clothing or belongings arising from my participationthin this tour/event.

8)    I am aware that my allocated motorcycle for theevent is on short term loan to me for the period of the rally only. I will berequired to sign a handover document on receipt of my allocated motorcyclewhich states the motorcycle is my responsibility for the duration of the eventand I shall return it in the same condition as I accept it. I understand thatany costs associated with the repair of the motorcycle whilst it is in my care,aside from mechanical fault, will be covered by me. I acknowledge that the hirecompany who are the owners of the motorcycles will require a credit cardimprint as a guarantee for any damages that may occur during the event. Iunderstand that I will be signed up to the deluxe collision waiver programwhich will limit liability for damage to the motorcycle to a maximum of US$1,000.00.

9)    I am aware that due to the nature of the rally Imay be out of reach of medical assistance at various times before, during andafter it. I accept that immediate medical assistance may not always be possibleand that due to the distances covered each day during the rally I may be somehours from hospital. I appreciate that at times medical assistance may bedelayed by reason of circumstances such as heavy traffic, attendance at anotheraccident or vehicles breaking down.

10)  I do not suffer from any drug or alcohol relateddependency. I am aware that it is illegal to ride under the influence ofalcohol or drugs and that if caught I could face criminal charges. I will notbe affected by alcohol or drugs during the riding days. I acknowledge that ifthe organisers believe me to be incapable of riding (for any reason) they canremove me from the rally until they decide I am fit to take part.

11)   IfI make changes to the itinerary before, during or after the rally I alone willbe liable for anything resulting therefrom. This includes going off route whereI will be without support of the team members.

12)  I accept that the organisers will be withintheir rights to exclude me from the rally at any time, although full reasonswill be given to me should this occur.

13)  If I am refused passage/or entry/or exit to orfrom the USA, any additional costs incurred will be my own responsibility.

14)  I agree that all transfers to and from theproposed UK airport and ongoing travel arrangements following the trip will beat my own expense.

15)  I understand that accommodation, breakfast anddinner will be supplied by you but that all other expenses (including lunch,fuel, drinks and telephone calls) will be my own responsibility and will haveto be paid for in cash at the time of any such purchase.

16)  I understand that I will be required to sharerooms with other participants.

17)  I accept that any damage or breakages caused byme during my stay in hotels or at other accommodation during the rally will bemy responsibility.

18)  I will heed the advice of the organisers aboutthe riding conditions, including that given to me during the introductionspeeches. I will take proper care to ensure my safety and will not put anythird party at risk by reckless or dangerous riding.

19)  I am aware that I must bring with me all itemsmarked ‘essential’ on the KIT LIST and use them at all times when riding in the rally.

20)  I acknowledge that there are risks involved inany adventure travel activity, including, but not limited to the dangers oftravelling in mountainous terrain, high altitude, forces of nature, civilunrest, terrorism, travel by aircraft, truck, bus, jeep, car, motorcycle,bicycle, watercraft or any other means of transportation, accident or illnessin remote areas without means for rapid evacuation or medical facilities.

21)  I will provide a letter from my doctorconfirming that I can safely participate in the rally should you request it atany time.

22)  I acknowledge that whilst I am participating inthis event I will be an ambassador for Global Enduro Ltd and will behaveaccordingly at all times.
